Step 2 — Connecting Your Adobe Sign Account
⏱️ Takes about 1 minute · 🔒 One-time setup
Before you can send documents for signature, you'll link your Adobe Sign account to the app. You only do this once — after that, you're ready to send.
✅ Before you start
- An active Adobe Sign (Adobe Acrobat Sign) account
- The app installed on your board (see Step 1)
🔗 Connect in 4 simple steps
1️⃣ Open the app
Open any item on your board and click the Ultimate eSign tab on the right-hand side.

2️⃣ Connect & sign in to Adobe
Click the 🔗 Connect Adobe Sign button. A secure Adobe window opens — log in with your Adobe Sign account and click Allow to grant permission.

3️⃣ You're connected! ✅
You'll return to monday and see a green "Adobe Sign Connected" badge showing your account email.

⚡ One more step — Authorize board access
So the app can update your status column and save signed PDFs back to your items automatically, click Authorize board access when prompted. This is a quick, one-time permission.
1️⃣ Click "Authorize board access" and allow permission
When prompted, click Authorize board access, then Allow the permission in the monday window that appears.

2️⃣ Confirmation
Once approved, you'll see a confirmation message that board access is granted — the app can now update your board automatically. ✅

🔒 Your security comes first
We connect using secure OAuth — we never see or store your Adobe password. The connection is fully encrypted, and you can disconnect anytime.
